Barriers to Spiritual Mind
Our thoughts influence our attitudes, our actions and attitudes affect our actions become habits and habits become a way of life. Therefore, our enemy wants to control our thoughts control our thoughts ... If he can defeat us and keep us in bondage.
If we want to advance in the Christian life, we must solve this problem. It is impossible to keep impure thoughts and to grow spiritually! For there to be a change in our lives, we must first change our minds ... Someone said: Your attitude determines your altitude. If we want to win, you must learn to control our thoughts ...Obstacles to spiritual thinking have two sources: external Origins and Origins internal.
External obstacles preventing us from thinking spiritually. Satan can interfere with our thoughts and we stop thinking healthily: It is in Gen. 3: 1, the snake came to sow doubt in the heart of Eve, by suggesting misconceptions ... It casts doubt on the veracity of the Word of God. It calls into question the character of God. Do not let the world sink you into its mold ... we have to constantly point to the Word of God, that we believe and accept. IT COMES FROM GOD IT OR THIS WORLD IN WHICH I LIVE?
At our conversion, we brought with us all the habits and ways of thinking that were embedded in our personality! That is why we need to be TRANSFORMED by the renewing of your mind ...
In addition, we are constantly bombarded by messages, philosophies and values of the present system, contrary to the Christian faith. That is why we must be careful with the things we are exposed because they influence us and create a feeling in our brains ...Our flesh can interfere with our thoughts and we stop thinking healthily: Our flesh is that part of ourselves that is selfish and has grown up learning to be independent of God. This is why the Bible wants us to be constantly alert for the things of the flesh. His message is clear: We must no longer submit to his impulses. Christians need to submit all his life in the light of God so that there is no place left in the dark. Otherwise, a Christian walk AS the Gentiles ... This is what Paul says:You must no longer live as the Gentiles ...If we win the battle for our minds, we have converted intelligence. But once it is converted must refrain from any corruption and have a whole thought to Christ.
